Thameside House redevelopment
Following feedback, we are consulting on revised proposals to the application which has been submitted for the development of Thameside House, in South Street, Staines under Ref: 20/00344/FUL. These changes have been made in response to public comments on the planning application to reduce the number of proposed residential from 140 to 106 units, including the reduction of height of the proposed taller building on site A. The development also now proposes some important new employment floorspace which is being created to retain and create new jobs in Staines that will also contribute to the long-term sustainability of the town centre.
